At Daya, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Product must be in resellable condition


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@daya.life with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and instructions.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged products.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping.
